Logging In
3 Different Ways to Sign In
- E-mail address registered to your account
- Username designated to your account (which is the first part of your email before the @ or First Name_Last Name on the account)
- Sign in with Google by clicking on the Google button to the right.
Note: Clever and Classlink are designated for teachers who have a Learning Explorer account with their school district.
Forgot Your Password
- Click on the I forgot my password link located above the Sign in button
- You will be sent an email that will provide you with another link to reset your password.
Note: To reset your password or update your email address when you are signed into your account, go to My Account and on the right-hand side, you will see Change my password and Update my email preferences.
Troubleshooting
If you run into issues with not receiving the password reset email, try the following:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Try clicking on the I forgot my password link again and re-entering in your email(make sure to open up the most recent password reset email)
- Contact our Customer Success Team at support@LessonPlanet.com
