Your Membership Account Settings
Overview
This article will go over the My Account option, which is where all your account information is stored and where you can personalize your membership profile, update your email or password, update your credit card information, and manage your membership.
Exploring My Account
- To edit your account settings at any time. Hover over your name or email (PayPal customers) in the Navigation Bar. Select My Account.

3. If you are looking to upgrade your membership, update your payment information, or discontinue your membership, click on the Manage Membership button under Plan.
4. Need a receipt for your Annual Renewal payment? Simply click on the Manage Membership button and then click on Print Receipt to download a printable copy of your Annual Renewal receipt.
Common Questions
- Q: Can I downgrade my membership?
A: We do not provide the capability for a member to downgrade their membership on their account. However, if you wish to switch to a more affordable plan, simply reach out to our Customer Success Team. - Q: Why is it not providing me the Manage Membership option under My Account?
A: You most likely are not signed in under the correct email. Make sure you are signing in under the email address you registered to the account you activated for a membership. - Q: Do I need to complete my Member Profile?
- A: You are not required to fill in all the information on your profile. The information just helps us know a little more about what you teach, so we can send you emails of resources pertaining to the grade and subject you teach.
